Product Description

The copper-based low resistance heating alloy is widely used in low-voltage circuit breaker, thermal overload relay, and other low-voltage electrical product. It is one of the key materials of the low-voltage electrical products. The materials produced by our company have the characteristics of good resistance consistency and superior stability. CuNi10

CuNi10, also known as Cuprothal 15, is a copper-nickel alloy (CuNi alloy) with medium-low resistivity for low temperature resistances. The alloy is suitable for use at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F).
Copper Nickels (Copper-Nickel), Copper-Nickel, (90-10). Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments. Moderately high strength, good creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Properties generally increase with nickel content. Relatively high in cost compared with copper-aluminum and other alloys with similar mechanical propert.

Copper nickel alloy series:Constantan CuNi40 (6J40), CuNi1, CuNi2, CuNi6, CuNi8, CuNi10, CuNi14, CuNi19, CuNi23,CuNi30, CuNi34, CuNi44.
