ERCuAl-A1 is an iron free aluminum bronze, copper based welding alloy used for GTAW and GMAW Welding.

Application

Used primarily to overlay bearing and wear-resistant surfaces requiring a 125 BHN hardness, in addition to corrosion resistance from salt water, and various acids.Not recommended for joining due to a tendency to hot short crack.
